How To Create More Income In 2011

there is exactly one month left before we welcome 2011. How To Make More Money In 2011Here’s a question that I want you to consider — how are you going to create more income and wealth next year? NOW is the time to ask this question, rather than waiting until the new year is already here — and “life gets in the way”. The last couple of years have been pretty difficult for a lot of people, but the irony is that new opportunities to create income are exploding. In our business, we’ve been retooling and adapting to what’s happening in the marketplace, and we’re excited about the innovation and growth that we’ve committed to next year. And for anyone who’s looking to create some additional income, here is a fantastic way to think about how you can add some extra money to your bottom line in 2011.

The Paradox Of Information: Your Greatest Opportunity

Depending on which study you believe, the amount of information on the Internet is DOUBLING every 9-15 months. Never before has SO much information been so readily accessible to us .. yet most people are completely overwhelmed with all the information. When people hear that I have sold millions of dollars of “information products”, they simply can’t believe it. They laugh and say, “you can get any information on the Internet .. why would ANYONE buy it? The days of selling information are dying!” People that think this way are completely missing the point. The reality is, the fact that there IS so much information out there confuses and frustrates most people. Yes, there is an endless amount of information on the Internet, but let me tell you the secret of WHY the future is in the information business. People want solutions .. not information. I call it the Paradox Of Information — we have more access to any information we’ve ever wanted, but paradoxically, we are willing to pay more to get the RIGHT information delivered to us, in a way that we choose to consume it. For a great example of this, look no further than Apple, and the incredible explosion of the iPod, the iPhone and the iPad. Apple is revolutionizing the way that we all consume information, and they’re inspiring competitors like RIM to come out with competing products. The days of sitting for hours on end in front of a computer to watch videos or read ebooks are over. I believe that in 10 years from now, Apple will go down as the most significant corporation of this decade because of the effect they’re having on the way that we all find, search and consume information. And this isn’t because I’m an “Apple lover”. I mean I love their products, but I don’t use a Mac. I don’t blindly follow what they do.. I’m looking at the business model they’ve created and that’s what I am so amazed by. Think about it. When you buy an iPhone or iPad, you’re basically buying a cash register that you carry around in your pocket! They get your credit card information early on, and then at any time, with a matter of 2 or 3 clicks .. you can spend money. And most importantly, the spending is painless because you don’t have to enter your credit card number again. You are paying Apple for the privilege of giving you a device that makes it easy to spend more money with! This is one of the most revolutionary and genius business models in the history of the world. And Apple is driving the consumption and distribution of information — and that’s where you and I come in. There are incredible opportunities to create, package and sell information to niche markets where you can make a LOT of money. The fact that it’s becoming easier to purchase information products like “ebooks”, audio recordings, video trainings and other similar “electronic education” means there is a growing demand for good content — content that you and I can create and sell. Everyone has passions, interests, experiences and talents that they could leverage to create “knowledge products” and package their information and knowledge to sell. This business really excites me, because there’s virtually no cost to producing the product, and you can quickly sell it around the world. When we recently launched The Authority Formula program, we had people from more than a dozen countries purchase the program. We would have never been able to sell our products into foreign countries like this before the age of the Internet. We deliver the content and training through technology, and the user is able to consume the information where, when and how they want. Does it get any better than that?

So — here’s my challenge to you …

I want 2011 to be a great year for you, and I want you to add at LEAST one new revenue stream for yourself. I truly believe the fastest way you can do that is to create some information products around topics and ideas that you already know. So – what information and knowledge do you have that you could package and sell to others? Maybe it’s how to get into better shape. Perhaps you’re an expert chess player and you can teach others how to improve their chess game. Maybe you know a bunch of fun magic tricks, and you could create some short videos and sell a program to teach people how to impress their friends using simple magic tricks. There is NO limit to the kind of information you can package and sell. And before you tell me “someone’s already doing my topic”, I can assure you .. there is ALWAYS room in the market place for a good product that shares valuable information and advice. Think about it – does the world need more real estate investing courses? No – but the fact is, a lot of new people keep entering that market, and by picking specific niches within real estate, they’re continuing to make a LOT of money, even when the real estate market is down. If you’re excited about this idea of creating information programs and generating a new income stream for yourself, please POST a COMMENT below. I’d love to hear your thoughts, and if I get enough comments and feedback, I’ll post some more articles that show you the specifics of identifying, creating and packaging profitable information products that can help YOU make 2011 a great year! So post your thoughts below, and please share this post with someone you know that might be interested in this topic!]]>

2. I think your ideas are valuable. How does one market the information one has? I have a website that was launched about 6 months ago and I haven't had one hit from it yet. Is that the best route to go or is there another way of reaching more people? My husband and I are suffering from the financial collapse of 2007 and have lost a lot of our retirement money. We are 60 and 62 and need to get serious about generating more monthly income.

Thank you
Linda

1. Hi Linda – the problem is that if you launched the website without doing any research yet, or knowing how you would market it, that's why you aren't getting any results. If you look at one of my previous blog posts on target markets, that will shed some light. I absolutely believe that information marketing is a way to create income without a lot of overhead, cost or risk. It's a matter of finding a market that is looking for a solution, and then creating information and insight that they place value on. It's really that simple. I'll post more about this in the days and weeks to come.

3. Hi Greg,
This is not the first time you have said this. I read it before on your site only in a differnet context. Since I read this the first time I have worked with my wife who is in real estate here in British Columbia to develop an information site for first time home buyers. We expect to launch in January. I also intend to look at my own business from this same perspective.
Thank you for the consistent reminders.
All the best to you and your family,
Mike

1. Michael – I would ask if your wife is re-inventing the wheel with first time home buyer info. CMHC has a ton of free information already. I think that Greg’s point is that it is solutions that people want, not more info. As a mortgage broker, I have had great success marketing to first time home buyers, but my angle is showing the client how to get from where they are now to where they need to be to get a mortgage approved – a GAP Analysis, with ongoing mentoring. I have created free programs (solutions) for these people and use Realtors to send me the leads, which I turn back to the Realtors when they are ready to buy.

4. Most definetly food for thought – I need to find away to package my knowledge – I am an engineer who goes out to site to fix customers stuff – mainly electrically heated hot water systems – Thanks as always, Alan

1. How about a program that helps customers diagnose and fix a lot of the more simple problems on their own? That's something alot of customers would find helpful. That's just one example, but packaging and selling your knowledge is the best way of leveraging yourself.

5. Greg, I agree with you totally. I am one of the Authority Formula participants and this article only reinforces what you are teaching. I will be the Trusted Authority in my market and welcome the idea of packaging my information and experience I blog about at http://enagedinvestor.ca.

It's funny, when I registered the domain, your "engaged entrepreneur" came soon after – so I knew I was on to something and I have to credit you for that!

I further my information teachings to a direct newsletter that follows our standards of authenticity to help others achieve their true wealth. Thank YOU for being real.

1. Surprise, surprise , here are 2 men that have inspired me, Greg and Joe who will soon have a place on our new website. It is actually fair to say that BECAUSE of them and many others( that we all know directly and indirectly)… the best information site is coming to your inbox. Greg, I have given out your book, forwarded Joe's newsletter and now I am done reaching out one person at a time , refering books, sites and sharing my experiences in Real Estate in a piece meal fashion.

I found a partner that understands the WEB and the power to package information since he took Alex's course this summer and I followed him for Engage Today 2009. The tip of the iceberg was the course with Micheal Drew last fall which again was just an eye opener for me. All this to say that 3 days ago, we bought a few domain names. Although the url is long , it does say it all.

This is going to be a valuable service which is exactly what this blog subject is about!

I look forward to sharing more….

In appreciation,

1. Diane, thank you for this – you know how grateful I am for all your support and encouragement. The fact we both respect and follow Greg is part of our success today and future. I truly believe that.

2. Hi Joe – thanks for all the kind words you have to share. Funny thing is, guess who owns engagedinvestor.com? 🙂 Great minds think alike.

1. Yes I saw that…after you launched both entrepreneur sites .ca and .com I went back to grab it 🙂 LOL…you aren't selling it by any chance 🙂

1. Of course, maybe I have a sellable asset on MY hands 🙂

By the way Greg, I noticed I messed up my url to my blog on the first post (early morning ) and that's a no-no. can you update that to http://engagedinvestor.ca please? I can't edit the post after.

6. Thank you Greg. Your energy helps make the vision clear, provides the steps to make it happen, and will be that extra force to make it so.
2011 is happening … but the time is now!

7. I agree this a great business venture. I read about it years ago but got sidetracked. I love travel, self-improvement, and inspiring people, businesses, and communities. So I created a blog. http://www.aworldofinspiration.com

This way I can get the word out. My next step is to help people by creating programs and books.

I'd like to meet you one day Greg. Especially since we both live in Calgary. We'll, Okotoks for me now but close enough!

8. Hi Greg,

I agree with you entirely. Simple and clear information is the best, but not so easy to deliver. There are so many things our world needs, that I simply don't know where to begin.
The intention is set, now I'm waiting for some astonishing new connections in may brain to manifest. My secret desire is helping people to feel and live their lives in more independent, whole, creative ways.
I would like to hear more from you.

9. Dear Greg
Absolutely amazing post! So true!
I wuld very much apprecite it if you would share your thought on how to identify the right niche market. I have been investing in real estate for a few years now and have gotten great returns on minumum investments. I am passionate about teaching all my friends (who are interested) on how to do this and have decided to create a product around it. My dilemma is: What target market do i pick?
Thank you!
Anita

1. I'm going to do some more posts about how to figure out what information you have is valuable, and how to determine what market you should serve.. so stay tuned!

10. Greg you are absolutely right, now is the time to dive into the information era. I took your course on Real Estate Investing and with your training it has given me financial freedom. I am now ready to start another stream of income and therefore, am taking Alex's internet boot camp course in 2 weeks. Thank you for changing my life and I'm looking forward to the next ride. YEPEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

11. I am nutritionist in the UK – my passion is to educate people about their body and the good and bad things that they do to the body that determines if the body to dis-eased or not. We are seeing such a deterioration in health in a society that is so easily led to the food trough of toxic elements that most do not realise are poisoning them.

I would like to create an information stream that educates how the body functions and what we need to rid the body of all the symptoms that are literally killing them.

I would love to know the best way to do that?

1. First thing is to determine what pain or problem your market has that they are trying to solve. It has to be something they are actively trying to fix, as opposed to something you "think" they should be concerned about or fixing. They ONLY care about it when they realize they need to do something about it.

12. Hi Gregg,
I wholeheartedly agree with your assessment. There is no turning back information age is here to stay for a long time to come. Consequently it is not enough to have information but equally important is to have at least a basic knowledge to build a list of clients. Without that list your knowledge will have very little value. As they say money is in the list. Tony

13. Hi Greg, your point about the amount of information on the Internet doubling is valid. Your observation that many people do not know what to do with it describes why people need to know how to manage their data. Knowledge management is growing because of this need. Knowledge management consultants offer solutions as you have pointed out that are needed in this age of high information. Companies need effective workplace training. Thanks for making this point.

14. This sounds great!…But, would you be to address if/how a complete newbie could do this? I don't have any particular talents…I have some interests – shade gardens, interior decorating and entertaining… – but I'm really not particularly "knowledgeable" in anything. So how would someone like me be able to do an information product?

1. Hi Margie – when done properly, you can create income from very small markets and niches, and that's one of the most powerful things about it. What do you do that you love? What are you passionate about? What do you love to talk about or research? Identify something that you really enjoy, because that's often something you also know quite a bit about. Then you go to where other people with similar interests are gathering, and try to figure out what problems and frustrations they're dealing with. You use online forums as research tanks, where you can see your market and what they're talking about, asking, and frustrated with. That's where it really starts, and then you develop an outline of a specific solution that you think that market would be intererested in. It's really no more complicated than that.

15. I own a wine and beer making store, and have become the local go-to guy for advice. One problem I have is that I am not always in the store, so people will wait for me to get my trusted advice. To alleviate this I plan to create detailed procedures and troubleshooting points so that my employees can help these people in my absence. Maybe I can leverage this information on the internet as mentioned in your blog? I would be curious to know some cost effective marketing strategies to do so. My business is very locally driven, so any way I can expand geographically would be helpful in this niche market.
Thanks for opening my eyes to opportunity Greg!
Gord Mackie
Current TAF participant.

1. Hi Gord! You'll get a ton of ideas inside TAF, but what I would suggest in terms of creating a product or program is focus on what the most common questions and frustrations that you get from customers. Take your top 10-15 questions that you're constantly answering, and create solutions for them. It can be as simple as creating a series of short videos online that answer the questions which is value-add for your existing customers. Or, you could actually create a training program that you include for all "Premium" clients in your store. Those are just a couple of random ideas, but the point is, your clients are the source of your greatest research and feedback. So listen carefully to what they're telling you.. !

16. Yes, Greg, I continue to be excited about creating, packaging, and selling information products for my niche market within the market of endurance runners and walkers — from Kindle books (which "play" on iPads, iPhones, and iPod Touch players as well as on the Amazon Kindle and many other devices), to MP3s and videos! I saw yesterday that I recently got traffic to my U.S.-based website from as far away as Thailand and England, so I love how the Web has made it possible for me to reach people around the world. And I appreciate everyone who joins ("Likes") my nascent Facebook community at http://www.spryfeet.com/at/facebook/, who follows me at http://www.twitter.com/SpryFeet, who watches my videos at http://www.YouTube.com/user/SpryFeet, or who listens to my audios at http://spryfeet.podomatic.com/. Bring on 2011! 2010 was just a warm-up!

1. And I love how you're effectively communicating and marketing what you're up to here Kirk. It's awesome! Very few people take advantage of constructively talking about what they're up to so that others can see and potentially get interested. I appreciate all your comments and feedback in TAF and here!

1. Congrats Kathryn, I am writing a 'book' also from my experiences on growing up an entrepreneur and having the courage to 'jump' into new careers all my life. Maybe I should look at the ebook route first. Tell me what you think http://engagedinvestor.ca – if I have a basis for telling my story 🙂
Let me know when your book is available and I'll gladly link it on my blog.

2. STOP! Kathryn, I'm curious what research you've done to get to where you are now. My experience is that most people create a book based on a problem they see in the marketplace – so they write it and then bring it to market, hoping that others will see the value and buy it. How many people do you have lined up to buy the book? It's awesome you're doing the book, but my focus is to make sure you actually make money and get results from it.

17. Hi Greg. I couldn't agree with you more! This is the info age and like you say, people will pay $$ for getting information in way that comes with clarify, specifity and actionable steps.

Looking foward to hearing more

Wally

18. I think you are dead on I made the shift from educator to "navigator" and people come to me because of that integration and the recommendations I can make from there. So I have the information products on Re-Engineering Addictive Eating Patterns a dynamic and current issue, but lack the knowledge, systems and time to market them effectively.

19. Greg: That is fantastic. Please send me more information on the step by step ways to make money on the internet. I have been writing about the things I know and want to sell them, but don't know how to do it correctly. Either by website or by selling them on ebay, so I would love to hear more step by step instructions. Thanks you are fantastic.

20. Creating various revenue streams in these days of changing economic times is the best way to thrive and prosper. I'd be really interested in learning more.

21. This is amazing. I am a stroke survivor, and I am contemplating of selling or marketing some practical and personal experiences, ways and means of how I have been coping with life as a stroke survivor with some physical disabilities for the past 3 years.. I really have that strong desire to help other survivors to have quality of life after suffering any sickness that results to physical or emotional disabilities. Can you give me some ideas on how to start .

1. Hi Ramon – thanks for sharing your quick story and situation. I'm always humbled when I see someone who wants to take their own challenge and experience and share it with others to help them. I will definitely be talking more about this subject since a lot of people have indicated this is a topic they want to hear more about. For you, the first thing is to figure out what information and experience you have that the market would find most appealing and valuable. One way to do this would be to do some research with people that face a similar challenge. For example, go to some of the online discussion forums where people are talking about living with the results of strokes, how to deal with a loved one that had a stroke, how to avoid having a stroke, etc. See what people are talking about, and what questions they're asking. Identify what the pains, fears and frustrations are in the market, and then start developing an outline of information and experience that would help solve that fear or problem. That's really where it starts, and I would love to see you do some work on this and get traction! Hope to hear an update from you about what research you did and what opportunities you found for people looking for help.

22. Hi Greg, this is very informative. I am an ardent follower of yours from your blog posts to the free video lessons you give. I am currently and actively searching for ways of making my knowledge and experience available to the world. I have a passion for arranging the living environment and making things in the house look and be the way i want. I observe most times i go to other people's homes that mine is different from theirs in terms of organization and orderliness. I have been thinking whether people will be willing to pay for information in this angle as they are not complaining of the way their living environment look at the moment. I am even planning to do voluntary service in this line around my locality to see what people say about it. I believe if you give more posts on how to specifically monetise personal passions, it will be very useful and will assist people like me to say goodbye to dependence on another person for lifelihood. Thank you for keeping us informed. Aniefiok (England)

1. Hi Anie: thanks for the comments, and I agree that this information can help a lot of people. For you, I do think that what you do has value. A LOT of people hire professional home stagers who come in and re-arrange someone's home prior to them putting it on the market for sale. I do think that you could create information products or programs that people would be willing to buy, as long as you can get clear on what people's frustrations and fears are, and then address them.

23. Geg, I know this is my ahswer , and your right!!!
The reason I'm not the success I chould be & creating all the products I'm so ambitious and qualified to produce is…..I dohn't know how to put it together and how to best market them on thei nternet .
II'm confused with ALL I read about this opportunity. I'm immobilized with so much info.
I'm scared I will blow money on someting that will not produce the hype I read!!.
I've receive tons of info and can't figure out who is for real,
Im know you'll be offereing an follow uip info package on your service.
I hope we can work together, I'm looking forward to your respoinse and your follow up emails.

Blessings for your journey

24. I'm continuously looking for income from the internet and have failed so far. I have many programs that I've started then abandoned and I don't know if I can stick to one thing or if I should. Other people, some of them experts, say to stay with one program until it's completed. My natural inclination is to not do this. I do appreciate your ideas and if you provided some more helpful information I'd generously applaud you. I'm determined to make something work and make money while doing it.

1. Hi Thomas – unfortunately, there are a lot of "get rich" programs that promise quick results and money, and don't deliver on the promise. Ultimately, the best thing you can do is really think about what kind of information and knowledge you have that is at a higher level than the average person. What do you love doing? What do you like to talk about for hours? Those are the kinds of things that usually lead to something you know quite a bit about. That's really where it starts. Most programs focus on how to generate traffic and use all the new marketing tactics, but they fail to really address the most important part – how do you discover an unmet need in the market, on a subject that you're capable of addressing? So start there and then a lot of the tactics and strategies taught in the market can actually work.

25. So true. People want solutions .. not information. To surf the net for an answer is very time consuming, give it to me straight and to the point. My wife has been trying to get me to do this for some time. Looks like I'm ready now.
Thanks, John

26. Thank you Greg. I am launching my coaching services in early January, possibly before and will have information helping people fulfill their desires and make money as well. The internet is the answer and there is so much potential available. It is a matter of taking a sequence of steps strategically planned to succeed! Once the process is learned, it can be repeated with flexibility going forward as new technology appears and as the markets change.
Looking forward to more blog info!

1. Hey Dan – that's awesome! Good luck with the launch and hopefully some of the upcoming posts I'm planning are going to help you maximize the success.

27. I am FINALLY realizing that I DO have products to market because I have knowledge and expertise I thought most people knew however am understanding that they don’t…and I DO!! How fantastic is that?!?The camera and I are friends so the videos are coming… 7 yrs ago I made a demo DVD which I didn’t think was good enough – HAH!!! Would that I had started then, however clearly I had to get more information to move forward in other ways….well you are one of the teachers who was put in my path for which I am grateful. Teach on Greg! And there are several others whom I am soo grateful to as well…2011 is definitely my BREAKOUT year!

1. Hi Laima – your attitude and spirit are infectious, so thank you for sharing – and yes, now IS the time!

28. This is the cornerstone concept of my website – there is too much information. My market needs concise, on target products that cut the mountain of information down to usable sized chunks, saving the time and aggravation spent finding and evaluating the onslaught. I will supply those products in 2011 – and beyond!

29. Mr. Habstritt I would love to hear more, lol Apple's business model is ingenious. I feel like I have knowledge to offer the world [a new perspective on rudimental drumming (music)], but I am just not sure how much to charge or how I should charge

30. Hey Greg,
For to create more Income, like the saying,
"when someone dicided to get more, he has to be more",
"Success will come to the person you become".
Iamm going to write more articles, and to put them in the
sites of articles.

1. As I've commented before, it comes down to identifying a market that has a need or pain they're trying to solve, and is not able to find the appropriate solution. It doesn't matter what market or industry you're talking about, there are information products that people are willing to invest in, as long as it helps them move towards the result they're looking for.

31. Greg, I do look forward to reading your thoughts and ideas. This is not a brand new idea of yours though and from a past prompting of yours, I did move on the “knowledge authority” path and put a blog out there. My business is high end corporate rentals and rehabbing REO’s for flips and rentals. At the time, neither of these ventures seemed like a revolutionary business plan that I could package and sell via e-books or anything related. So my blog is just about day to day real estate info with NO selling, hype, or marketing plan. It is simple and called http://JacksonvilleRealEstateMarket.com and currently I do have around 200 readers per day.

From reading THIS post, I am wondering if your thoughts are to monetize such a blog or just become an authority with that authority hook spurring on more trust and business for the other “cash” businesses ? If this is how I should read your posting, then I am confused as I do not see the connection nor have I witnessed my blog readers calling me for REO deals.

All in all, I have seen “islands of opportunities” that are NOT really inter connected. I would really like to hear your thoughts on this after all, I believe that I have followed your advice in setting this all up. Perhaps I missed a chapter or two . . . .

Thanks.

1. Hi George – I'm a big believer of monetizing a blog if you can. And there are a lot of ways to do that without hype, pushy sales or things like that. The big question is, who is the market you're attracting, and what are they looking for? What are their challenges, frustrations and problems? I'm not clear on who you're targeting for that site – if it's just a general info blog about the local market, and who you are trying to attract to it. It's a great blog with lots of info and I think it definitely positions you as an authority, but the challenge is – where is George? No picture of you, no description of what you do or your passion about helping people in your niche, etc. It's a fairly generic blog with tons of potential. In terms of monetizing, the first thing is figuring out who the target market is, and what their challenges are. You can then develop ideas from there.

32. I agree Greg…you're right! I'm a Personal Lifecoach…and am a student in combined hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. I know I have a lot to offer in the field of Personal Development and I feel that the internet is one way to reach the most…but then nothing beats the personal approach. I don't have much technical know how if I was to to webinars or telesimars. I've been doing a lot of courses this year…no joke. Next year is about putting into practice what I've learned. Any advice? Elaine Mc Guinness

33. Thanks Greg! You again are inspiring me! The truth is I am folowing your advices – I started blog and now after 5 months I feel how I am becoming a Trusted Authority. People are exciting about my articles and what I am doing. Now you are encouraging me to make my first info product for money. Great!!! I feel that your blog is good fortune for me 🙂 You are doing great job.

34. I would particularly loke to reach Silver Surfers like myself. So many of us need extra income, but not only that, another interest where we can be useful to others.
I am in my eighties and would encourage any retirees to explore thie internet, there is a whole new world out there.

35. Yes, I need to make more money in 2011. Like many other posts, I am retired, little computer skills and don’t know what skills that I have to promote on line?
What do you suggest to us?

Thanks Bill

36. Hi Greg, love the site.

Wife and I had a mindshift thanks to Harv Eker a couple years back and now she’s running her own direct sales biz, I run more than one online biz and still hold a day job (I know I know 🙂

We’re finding it challenging to get the right information on investments and finances when everyone in the field simply wants to sell us more RRSP’s.

We’re starting to invest in real estate and we’d like to know:
– What to do with our existing RRSPS
– What to invest in if NOT RRSP/mutual funds
– How to keep more of the money we make
– What to do with our biz money as it grows

If you can spare 30 minutes to help with this or direct us to a qualified person, we’d be happy to pay for the time.

Thanks
Mike

1. Hi Mike – I don’t do private coaching calls or consulting outside of my coaching groups, but what I’d suggest is that you speak to my friend Al Schieman, who is a fee-based financial planner and provides training and coaching around financial planning. You can reach him through http://www.moneyplanacademy.com. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else, and I know he’ll be able to give you some guidance.

37. Hi Greg

I am loving all your teachings. You are so clear-cut and the videos are easy to follow. I certainly am excited about the idea of creating information programs and generating a new income stream for myself, so I can live my desired life of freedom whilst adding value to the lives of others. Wrote a little book on how to eliminate your entire debt called ‘Its All Your Money’ and it is selling on Amazon. However, I dont believe the remnants of that could ever give me a life of freedom after the publishers and all take their cut of the pie, leaving me with barely enough to buy a tin of cat food per book. So would love to create an entire program from the book and one day earn enough to hire you as my mentor 🙂
