Are You Engaged .. Or Are You Exhausted?

In working with business owners and investors for many years, I’ve noticed a huge trend over the last year or two. People are tired and overwhelmed .. and no group more than the entrepreneur. It’s actually caused me to do a lot of research and work around this whole idea — how do you move into a place where you are ENGAGED as a business owner? What is the ‘secret sauce’ that some entrepreneurs seem to have, allowing them to thrive, be engaged, and to inspire and add value for so many others .. while many people are struggling, feeling like they’re working harder and harder, and yet not getting the results they want? I’ve had my head down, keeping very focused on this trend .. and more importantly, how I can help those who ARE exhausted and overwhelmed to move to a place where they’re excited, inspired and engaged. In doing all of this work, I’ve truly gotten ENGAGED in this topic myself.  In fact, I’ve been so passionate and excited about this direction, we are in the process of positioning the future of our company to focus on this very idea and theme.  We’ve gotten VERY clear that we can add a lot of value to the lives of entrepreneurs, and that is who we are really focused on helping. The truth is, we’ve focused on working with business owners for several years, but never before have we been this clear and confident about who it is we want to work with.  It’s incredibly empowering to really get crystal clear on who your target market is, and focus all of your energy developing content and training that speaks directly to them. So, I’m excited to share with you the evolving focus of SimpleWealth, and of me personally — that our mission as a company is to inspire “The Engaged Entrepreneur“.  We want to help you as a business owner grow and thrive.  Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs to achieve Freedom Without Compromise. Because that’s what I think we’re all truly looking for — we all want freedom, but we don’t want to compromise on our values, our integrity, our family or our health.
