Can you feel the sarcasm in that headline? I’m in New Jersey, speaking at Harv Eker‘s “Never Work Again” program. It’s always fun to speak to Harv’s groups because they’ve got so much energy, and are very open minded. Today is my son Cooper’s one-month-old birthday, and it’s actually kind of hard to be away from home right now. Fortunately, my speaking schedule is limited for the next while — once I’m done here and head home, I go to Harv’s other event in L.A. in mid-May, and then my speaking is done until we host the 2008 Wealth Summit in Banff, which I’m really looking forward to. Raylene and I have decided to make Cooper an international traveller, so before he’s 6 months old, he’ll have been in 4 countries. Later this month, we’re headed to California for my cousin’s wedding in Ventura. In June, we’re taking him to the Dominican Republic for a holiday, and then in September, he’ll see Paris and the France coastline when we go for my friend Dave’s wedding in Provence. We’re sticking around for the summer so that we can spend lots of time in Canmore since the summer is such an incredible time up there. Considering this was supposed to be a quiet time when we just enjoy the time with Cooper, there’s a lot going on! But I am definitely looking forward to getting home again to Raylene and Cooper. On Saturday, the day before I left, I was changing his diaper and for the first time, he looked up at me and smiled at me. I can’t describe the feeling that gave me. Can’t wait for him to start interacting with us! I’ve been working on an entirely new training program called Simple Wealth. I’m very excited about it because I think it will bridge the gap that so many people have, and why many people struggle with their money and investing. Stay tuned, I’ll start posting some of the pieces of it soon to see what people think about it. ]]>
