I get asked all the time about what I think about this market, what am I investing in these days, and hundreds of other questions. After many people goading me into doing it, I figured it was about time for me to start a blog that allows me to talk about all the things that go through my head, and provide some insight to what I am about. If you’ve found this blog, you likely already know that I’m passionate about real estate investing, and I plan to make this blog somewhere that people can come and get interesting insight .. sometimes get a laugh or two .. and allow me to freely communicate my thoughts and opinions on things. So far, 2006 has been quite a year for me, as well as my businesses and the many important people around me. With the summer now past, and being well into fall, Christmas is just around the corner, and it’s coming time to reflect on 2006, and what we need to do to achieve all the goals set at the beginning of the year. It’s also time to start looking towards 2007, and get excited about all the possibility and potential waiting for us around the corner. 2007 will mark a number of new and exciting opportunities that we will be taking on, many of which revolve around the world of real estate. I’ll be revealing some of these exciting things on this blog, and will continue to keep this site updated. I believe we happen to be alive at the best time economically we could ever ask for, particularly for those of us in Alberta.
